The Truffle Mad Gin is a first  “paddock to pour” truffle gin made with fresh black truffles grown at Redwood Park in Australia’s picturesque Southern Highlands. Using only fresh black truffle as the hero to create an intense truffle aroma and flavour in this unique Gin. The TruffleMen balsamic and olive oils originate from a truffle farm located at Marulan on the Southern Highlands of NSW. TruffleMen produce Premium Black Perigord Truffles and truffle products from the rich limestone soil of the region.
